I believe more is possible for fitness professionals, and that together we can reshape the industry to be more inclusive, more sustainable and more profitable for people doing their own thing.

However, I think this requires thinking and operating differently. An inclusive fitness industry has more opportunities, growth and awesome-ness than the current status-quo has to offer. I've seen it first-hand in my time as Founder of WeFlex, people with disabilities thinking they didn't belong becoming a core member of their gym community.
